Will the driver wait for me at the airport?

Yes. For arrival transfers the driver waits in the arrivals area with a sign showing your name. We track your flight in real time — if the plane is delayed, the driver waits at no extra charge. For departure transfers, we agree pickup time based on your flight.

Is the price per vehicle or per person?

The price is always per vehicle, never per person. You can fit up to 3 passengers in the E250 sedan, up to 7 in the V Class minivan, or up to 15 in the Sprinter minibus, with normal luggage included. For unusual luggage (instruments, sports gear, golf bags) please let us know to confirm capacity.

Can I ask for stops along the way?

Yes. Quick stops (restrooms, coffee) are free. For longer touristic stops (e.g. passing by Sintra on the way to Cascais), we will adjust the quote — just let us know in your request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard) and cash to the driver. For international or business bookings we issue an invoice with VAT and payment can be made in advance.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Time or location changes up to 24 hours before are free. Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance are fully refunded; less than 48 hours may retain part of the deposit. No-shows imply full charge.

Is the vehicle just for my group?

Always. We never do shared (shuttle) transfers. Vehicle, driver and time are exclusive to your booking from start to end of service.

Private transfer between Lisbon and the Algarve — Albufeira, Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Lagos, Sagres, Tavira or any other southern destination.

Via the A2 the trip is direct. Alternatively, we can pass through Évora, Mértola (Moorish village) or along the Vicentine Coast (dramatic landscapes, wild beaches) for a more scenic route. The vehicle has air conditioning and free WI-FI for a comfortable journey.

Typical distance Lisbon–Albufeira: 260 km / 2h30. Lisbon–Faro: 280 km / 2h45. Lisbon–Lagos: 290 km / 2h45.
