Does the hire include driver, fuel and tolls?

Yes, all our services with driver include: professional driver, fuel, tolls, parking, air conditioning, free WI-FI, complimentary water bottles, and passenger and luggage insurance. The customer pays only the agreed amount — no hidden extras.

What is the limit of hours/kilometres per day?

For half-day tours we consider up to 5 hours and about 150 km; full-day tours up to 10 hours and about 350 km. For transfers, time and mileage are tailored to the route. Additional hours or km are agreed in advance and quoted, no surprises at the end.

Can I rent a self-drive car (rent-a-car)?

No. All our vehicles are provided exclusively with a professional driver. We do not offer self-drive (rent-a-car) services.

Can the vehicle travel outside Portugal (e.g. Spain)?

Yes. We regularly do transfers and tours to Spain — Madrid, Seville, Mérida, Salamanca, Cáceres, Santiago de Compostela and Galicia. Customs documentation and insurance are taken care of. Other European destinations on request.

What kind of drivers do you have?

Professional drivers with the Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP) for passenger transport, with several years of experience. They speak at least Portuguese and English, usually also Spanish and French. Formal or business casual attire depending on service type.

Do you have insurance for passengers and luggage?

Yes. All vehicles carry mandatory third-party liability insurance, occupant insurance and luggage-in-transport insurance. In case of any incident, you are covered from the moment the driver arrives until the end of the service.

Minibus with driver up to 15 passengers. It can usually carry between 10 and 14 suitcases.

Car suitable for transfer, tour, business or diplomatic events, guided tours of medium groups.

Our Mercedes minibuses ensure comfort and safety. They have air conditioning, free WI-FI and the possibility of baby or booster seats. Driver can speak several languages!
